The PAP (phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid) gel is syringed onto the medical-grade silicone ‘shield’ and then placed onto the teeth. This causes a chemical reaction (oxidation) with the stains on the surface of the teeth, breaking down stains. This results in cleaner, whiter tooth enamel, making teeth an average of 6 shades whiter after just one use.
Lasting results
After the full 6 day treatment, teeth will go up to 10 shades lighter, lasting up to 6 weeks. How do I use the CurrentBody Skin Teeth Whitening Kit?
Step 1: Clean your teeth to remove any excess plaque and food.
Step 2: Unscrew the top of the syringe.
Step 3: Apply a quarter of a syringe (1.25ml) to each side of the tray.
Step 4: Put the device in your mouth and switch it on to start the 20-minute treatment. (The device will switch off automatically).
Step 5: Rinse with water and recharge in either the charging base or attached to the USB charging cord after each use.
Step 6: Repeat steps daily for 6 days to complete a full treatment.
Expert Advice: When applying the whitening gel to the device, face the shield upwards, so no gel is spilt. You can also use the device alone without the gel to improve overall gum health.

I did a lot of research on teeth whitening kits because I find store-bought and even dentist-provided kits too strong, making my teeth sensitive.
The CurrentBody Teeth Whitening Kit has been great for my teeth whitening and also no sensitivity.
My only desire would be to have more tubes of the teeth whitening included in the kit. Once you complete the initial days of teeth whitening in a row, to maintain, you have to buy more tubes.

Big plus in compatibility - I have very sensitive teeth due to exposed necks and no problems. I also bought it in the hope of better gum health thanks to the LED.
Star print because it takes a relatively long time before you notice more than just a slight difference - I needed two packs of the gel. Definitely not as quickly as advertised.
