Returns Policy
Have you changed your mind?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item(s). Please note that the item must be new and unused, with all original accessories, freebies, packaging, and manufacturer seals intact, to qualify for a full refund. If you keep the freebies, their value will be deducted from your refund.
Once your refund or exchange has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund or exchange. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. However, some payment providers and payment types may require up to 14 days to process your refund.
All items are inspected upon return and if an item is returned damaged, used, in an incorrect condition or not as described in the returns form, we will not be able to process the refund and may return it to you.
Please note that we do not refund delivery or shipping costs incurred with your order.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If your purchase was paid for with a gift card, you will receive a credit voucher.
Cancellations and changes
We make every effort to accommodate all cancellation or address change requests, but we cannot guarantee this. Our warehouse team works quickly to ensure all orders are dispatched on time, so the window for changes is very short. We ask customers to carefully check the order contents, discount codes, and shipping details before confirming to avoid disappointment.
Original condition:
The hygiene and safety of our customers is very important to us, so we cannot accept returns of the following products:
- Any device that has been opened, used, or has its seal broken, unless the money-back guarantee applies. See more information here .

Consumables such as brush heads, cleansers, gels, patches, etc.
Defects:
If you are experiencing problems with your device or suspect a fault, please complete the returns form to request a replacement.
If a product is found to be defective, we will endeavor to replace it with an identical model. In the case of limited editions, we will do our best to replace the device with the same model if available; otherwise, we will replace it with a standard model. If the product is discontinued during the warranty period and we are unable to replace it, we may offer a credit voucher.
If the product performs according to the manufacturer's specifications, it will be sent back to you.
We do not exchange consumables such as gels - please do not include them in your package.
If your device breaks within the first six months, you can get a refund if you don't want a replacement. After six months, we can only offer a credit or replacement.
In the unlikely event that the replacement unit also fails and you receive two faulty units within a year of your original purchase, we can issue a refund if you request one.
The warranty period is not renewed for replaced devices - it is counted from the date of original purchase.
Refunds:
We will aim to process your return within 14 business days of receiving your package. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund or exchange. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be posted to your account, although some payment providers and payment types may require up to 14 days.
During busy periods such as Christmas, processing times may be longer - but please be assured that we work as quickly as possible.
Responsibility:
Returns are your responsibility until they reach our returns center, so please package them carefully and securely. Please also keep your proof of shipment—a tracking number can be helpful.
We are not responsible for items returned to us in error. If we find the item, we will ask you to cover the cost of reshipping it.
Please contact customer service if your package is damaged in transit, including clear photos of the damage and the delivery method. This will allow us to investigate with the courier company.
Guarantee:
We offer a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is effective from the date of the original order and is not renewed upon replacement. It does not cover damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or unauthorized modification of the product.
The warranty is registered to the person who placed the order and is non-transferable. Warranty activation must be completed by the original purchaser.
Fair use:
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns that raises concerns – for example, frequent orders and returns within 30 days, or returned items that do not match what you ordered – we may deactivate your account and any accounts associated with it.
If you believe we have made a mistake in this decision, please contact our customer service team – they will be happy to discuss the matter.
If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, please contact customer service. You will receive a returns form, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
